YES, I WANT IN!
NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Melissa Grassia Chisholm

I'm Melissa Grassia-Chisholm, a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in voice and swallowing disorders. My journey began with a passion for music, which led me to study vocal performance at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Later, I obtained my bachelor’s degree at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY.

Continuing my quest to understand the intricacies of voice management, I pursued a Master’s Degree at Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, FL. My love for music remains strong, and I continue to sing locally to this day.

I feel incredibly grateful to have served the South Florida community for the past decade, providing invaluable voice therapy to singers and individuals with voice disorders. Throughout my professional journey, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including hospitals, acute rehab, nursing homes, and outpatient facilities. Additionally, I've had the honor of teaching various voice courses at multiple universities.

For me, being able to blend my passion for music with my expertise in voice therapy has been immensely fulfilling. I'm dedicated to helping individuals unlock the full potential of their voices, and I look forward to continuing this journey of empowerment and healing for years to come.

"You completely transformed my life!!!!!! Forever grateful for you. When I was seeing you my vocal health was FANTASTIC. I STILL use your technique when I am having a long day of talking. Also doesn't hurt that you are such a kind human being."

- Peter Martin

"You did an amazing job and I am very grateful to you and everyone on your team. I am still doing bubbles and doing the other exercises as I can. I am also doing the nebulizer once a day. So I am being a good patient!"

- Roy Black

"I loved working with Melissa. She made things fun and I looked forward to my weekly "visits". She showed me how to control and build my muscles and I was able to get my voice back without any additional injections. She had a very cheerful personality and she always came in singing."
